Make GRW the ENTIRE Lineup Rather Than One Hour
You know what the saddest part of Giant Robot Week was? It wasn't the squished credits nor the countless edits. It wasn't even the faulty scheduling of Gigantor part four before part three. The saddest part of Giant Robot Week was the fact that the rest of the Toonami lineup went on, as if the first third of the block never happened.

We're getting Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Batman Beyond, and Transformers Armada, but outside of Armada, the other three shows are seriously deficent on Giant Robots. Sure, Dragonball could show the episode with Commander Black's Red Ribbon Army Robot and Batman Beyond could have shown "Golem," but outside of those episodes, there aren't many scenes with giant Robots. Giant Robot Week should have been the ultimate showcase of mecha, both foreign and domestic. Besides, a DBZ-less Toonami lineup would be a strangely welcome. It wouldn't hurt if that franchise took a one-week break.

As we have seen, GRW is one event where it's okay to show episodes out of order, especially if they have a common theme. Hell, even cartoons that parodied giant robot cartoons would have been acceptable. I could have easily seen Frankenstein Jr (more or less an American-made version of Gigantor), the Dexter's Laboratory shorts "Big Bots" and "Let's Save The World, You Idiot!" and full-length episode "Last But Not Beast" and the popular Powerpuff Girls episode "Uh Oh Dynamo." All of these aren't typical Toonami fare (well, Dexter's Lab isn't Toonami fare; PPG and Frankenstein Jr. aired on Toonami at one point or another), but it would have been a fun diversion from the "real" mecha shows GRW would have shown.

But what about the mecha-heavy Toonami shows that DIDN'T air during Giant Robot Week. Where were the franchises that made an impact in recent years, and why weren't they seen during GRW? Here's my next suggestion.
