Hi.
It's been about a week, but now, I consider the site known as CNX: Toonami Revolution nothing more than a memory. It's dead, and it's in the past. Now, that we have said our goodbyes, it's time for the site to be reborn.
Presenting . . . The Bridge!
Why such a lackluster name for a site? Well, for starters, it isn't like anybody's going to just use this name for a site or a network or something like that. Also, in most science-fiction shows, the bridge is where all the action goes down. You know . . . where the everything gets arranged and all the battle plans commence. Well, in my own geeky sort of way, this is why I decided to redub my site as The Bridge.
Now that you know why I named the site The Bridge, let me tell you what The Bridge is all about.
The Bridge is the home of the classic hero, both past legends and future icons in the world of action-animation, anime, and comics. It's sole purpose is to provide an outlet to hear unbiased, slightly insane opinions, news, and insights about action-animation, anime, and comics as only I can.
Subdivided into five different diversions (the American comics-oriented 4CI, the robot worlds of Mechanations, the fights and chaotic action of The Temple, the globetrotting adventurers of Passport, and X Ventures, which covers space epics, cyber treks, and a little bit of everything) and joined at the hip by The War Room opinions section (which will include various voices in the coming weeks) and the daily Watch This Space articles by yours truly, The Bridge can only be called the next evolution of the CNX.
Stick around. I'm just getting started. For the duration of the journey on The Bridge, I'll be around providing guidance and wisdom. In the meantime, thanks for sticking around. And if you're a newcomer, welcome. And enjoy the ride!
End Transmission:
