Nah. Well, kinda. Except for the whole fear and loathing by animation industry. I hope they don't hate me.

I mean, I can get a little gruff and a little too opinionated for a news and information site. That's what I created The War Room for. At least, that's what I thought I made The War Room for. But if look closely, there is something that's kind of missing from that section as of late . . . the lack of new commentaries. Basically, I put my commentaries on the Watchspace more often than in the War Room. For a commentary site, that's not a bad thing, but The X Bridge isn't and shouldn't be a commentary-only site. A longtime friend of mine who I know would never lead me in the wrong direction basically told me that he sees the Watchspace as a blog dedicated to the entertainment industry.

He's right, as usual. I have dedicated far too much of the front page commentating on the industry rather than spreading the news, enlighten the masses about things yet to come. Barebones, no commentary. No biases.

So, here's what I'm going to do. Everybody that has this page as the default link to The X Bridge, take it down. Please. From hear on out, Watch This Space will be the name of my regular, almost daily commentaries at this site. I'm also going to do commentaries at another site in the immediate future. They'll be more in-depth critiques and opinions about things that intrigue, inspire, and annoy me about anime as well as the animation industry as a whole. Don't worry, I won't budge here for a minute. Much.

I need to get back into the groove as a feature writer around these parts, and in the months ahead, you guys and gals will see some real changes around here. Feature stories, reviews, interviews. They'll all play a major part of The X Bridge's refocused energies.

As for the Watchspace, I'll continue to write them, but they shouldn't be the main voice of the site. Think of this decision as the beginning of a better website. One that won't be so confrontational and so danged angry.

Stay tuned. I'm about to have fun again!
