Here is a list of addresses and addressees that you can send your letters to. Remember, be personal, be nice and respectful, and focus on the main issues. They'll more likely than not want to hear what you have to say if you "kill them with kindness." Who knows? Maybe they'll listen to what you have to say!
Without further adieu, here's the addresses:
Toonami
Mailing address:
1065 Williams Street
Atlanta, GA 30309
These are the good guys. Show them your thanks, love, and appreciation, especially Sean Akins and Jason DeMarco, creators of the block. They really need it.
This is Cartoon Network's info. These are the individuals we'll be dealing with the most.
Cartoon Network
1050 Techwood Drive
Atlanta, Georgia 30318
This address is for the following names:
Robert Sorcher
Chief Content Officer, Cartoon Network Worldwide
Not quite as known as Betty Cowen nor as open as his predecessor Jim Samples, he's the head of Cartoon Network, responsible for everything that happens at Cartoon Network, including programming, acquisitions, and scheduling. In short, he's the one responsible for the final fate of Toonami and everything on Cartoon Network.
As of March 1, 2008, there is still no Senior Vice President, Programming and Scheduling, and out of respect of the late Jennifer Friedman, who held this position until her untimely death, I'll continue.
Michael Ouweleen
Senior VP, Programming and Development
He's responsible for the recent "reinvention" of Cartoon Network. Aside from his creation of Harvey Birdman: Attorney-at-Law, Ouweleen is responsible for the creation of the Fridays revamp (you remember, the one that brought in live-action hosts?), the less-than-successful revamp of Cartoon Network's visual appearance, the Fried Dynamite property, the production and guidance of the Re-Animated/Out of Jimmy's Head property, and the whole live-action agenda currently in place at Cartoon Network.
Also, consider contacting Adina Pitt (VP, Content Acquisitions and Co-Productions). While she doesn't have final say-so as to the fate of Toonami, she does have the power to pick shows to air on the network. You could tell her how valuable an asset the Toonami brand is to the network.
This is the main offices of the executives at Turner, Cartoon Network's parent company.
Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.
One CNN Center
Atlanta, Georgia 30303
This is who to contact there:
Stuart Snyder
President, Turner Animation, Young Adults & Kids Media
In short, he's the boss's boss at Cartoon Network residing over a kingdom that, while successful, is very fractured.
